Last night I started replacing the brake lines and discovered the old ones are rusted into the proportioning valve when the fitting ends rounded off while trying to remove them. Then while trying to remove the valve, one of the nutserts in the frame broke loose so I had to cut the bolt head off. Now I need more parts.

I have bought interior door laredo panels, so have I put down the uglies and dangerous warrior panels;
I do change the right side went window before;
question: is it possible to replace the chrom line of the panels (chrom go away on mine) and the chromed steel line on the top of the panel?
Have You a ref nr?
on the other hand, i search the vinyl nutmeg and beige matérial to restore the driver seat: whos made this?

Unreal. Two beautiful CJs in all their Renegadal glory. Nothin beats it IMO.

Put new front brakes on after losing the pad off of the backing plate on one of them.
Guess that's what happens when you use 35 year old brake pads.

Searched far and wide until I finally found a set of pads in stock that I thought might work. Not knowing the difference between the old 6 bolt caliper setup that I had, and the new 2 bolt setup I now have, I didn't know how to tell the difference by seeing them. I knew they were different, but didn't know what the difference was.
Got lucky and bought the correct ones.

2 bolt style pads on top, compared to 6 bolt style pads on bottom.

Now I'm ready to go wheeling tomorrow. Making the 2 hour drive up to Scrubgrass ORV park tomorrow.
