I don't have any plans on the bumper. I referenced BESRK's rear bumper build sticky in the fabrication forum. He has it laid out really well and easy to follow. I did make mine 2 inches longer and used 3/16 tube versus 1/4 to keep the weight down. Holler at me if you have any questions during your build.

Went to the local junkyard and pulled a replacement steering column for my 86 CJ7 from a 87 wagoneer.

While i was there I drooled over the dana 44 front axle in the waggie but I don't have any idea if it will fit a CJ???

Bled brake lines with fresh fluid, new battery tray, replaced the cardboard with a plastic one (best cheap update out there!)

Looks like I will be removing my aluminum valve cover and sealing the gasket cork a little better as it is leaking a bit around the drivers side. I might as well since I can't drive it in this piss poor weather we are having EVERY weekend I'm home. Rain, Rain, Rain and more Rain!

Cranked down the rear axle nuts and replaced the universal joints on the rear driveshaft. Fun fun fun. Did take it out for a nice drive afterwards so all is good! Rob

Finally took off my factory rocker moldings to have them restored to their original anodized black.

Looked into a very beat up box that my new soft top arrived in. All parts appear to be there.

Changed the rear diff fluid and painted the cover. Then drove it and ran out of gas about 100ft from the gas station, gotta get that dang gauge fixed.
