Did a tie-rod flip today. took about an hour. Pretty basic. PO did a spring lift but nothing else. Brake lines and steering now done.

Just cleaned it up after the first wheeling trip since the frame and suspension swap.
Other than some slight tire rubbing when pushed hard, no problems.

Replaced the compression fitting at the block for the oil pressure gauge. I hope that solves my oil leaking on the driveway. I know it was leaking and getting worse. Hope there is not more. It's a newer engine, so there is hope.

At least you didn't break one that is an odd size that no one carries.

Got the exhaust & intake manifold back on with the new gaskets. Didn't want to wake anyone up, so I'm waiting until the morning to crank her up and check for leaks. Fingers crossed! Wish me luck guys haha

New plugs and wires for Old Red. I really enjoy working on the '50 CJ3A. Now I just need to finish those front brakes!

Began the prep work for my Howell fuel injection on my 258 by ripping out the miles of smog hoses and that old carb.
