I might reccomend either cutting it down or getting a full width front to match it. It kinda reminds me of that cartoon dune buggy from the 70s.
How wide are your rear wheels though? 15x10?

Nice Jeep. Those are the Uintas in the background, right? Beautiful mountains, great packing, great fishing

Actually the uintas are another range or two east of the range you see. I do spend a fair amount of time up mirror lake highway (uintas) doing what you just listed. Fishing, hiking, and camping. Its fantastic.

Your rear shock mount is broken too. The shock is supposed to be connected to the spring plate.

I'm good right? You had me worried about it until I went and looked at it again since it totally looks like the shock is hovering in the picture.

Looks like the shock is good, brake lines are no longer attached to the axle. Also, it looks like the line is leaking pretty good where it connects on the passenger drum too.

I re did the axle seal the other day and didn't clean it up very good. I also replaced the brake line from the wheel to the splitter and I guess I forgot to re attach the splitter. The PO had zip tied it to the axle. What is a better way to do that?

With a SOA the brake lines need to be lengthened and relocated. Stock, mine attach to spring perch. Location might still be there for you. If not, probably fab a small bracket.

I can see the mounting hole for it in the one picture.

Having the shocks mounted like that will give you very little travel also.
