Found out I have the new style vent duct and the old style lower plenum, and my plenum drain was cut to fit a radio, so the upper plenum is also boned.

Now I have to go shopping.

I tweaked the throttle cable where it links to the carb today. That solved one issue I had. It was hard to push the gas pedal. It was like there was a hump to get over, and once over my foot couldn't stop and I would over accelerate. That alone has made it drive much better.
I also put the back seat back in. I bought a Hi-Lift Jack too!

Took the doors off and went for a drive... stopped along the way to take a few pictures. Beautiful weather we've had this weekend. Back to cold rain tomorrow.

Finished welding my cage. It's now ready for paint and the dash mounts are killer. It's ready to finally come home on Tuesday!

Finally tracked down some U bolts locally and got the springs attached to the axle. Found i have 4.10 gears and trac-lock in there so the 33's (or 35's) will be happy. The bushes had me confused for a moment as there were 3 different types but i found the chassis bracket is slightly wider than the spring so required a slightly smaller bush.

Hope they don't clunk and carry on when you turn lock to lock like my crappy Ranchos do
