I bought a new Best Top back seat that I got on Craigslist from a guy who bought it new and didn't like it. Matches my front spice colored Best Top front seats prefect. Best part was that I got it for $150.
Oh then I got home and discovered my transfer case is leaking worst than I thought.

Finally got around to measuring and taking pictures for my suspension repairs...
I found this:
And this:
Which will be addressed by getting new spring hangers and shackles, and welding them on in a better location...

Too bad your in Kansas... I have a set of narrow tracks with stock laredo rims and spidertraxx spacers posted in the classifieds, but I am near San Francisco.

I wish you were closer but I don't think I want narrow track axles.

Last night I reeled plates onto the rear of my frame. Weld grind weld grind and repeat. Painstaking process but it will look good once complete. and when that's done I'm taking my frame to get galvanized for about 100 bucks!!

Drove the jeep about 80-90 miles after installing the Howell injection and AC, gas gauge didn't move much, and the drive was nice and cool despite the 98 degree temps...lol. The jeep engine temp was between a third and halfway even with the winch mounted up front kinda blocking some air getting across the radiator and condenser. Looking forward to a nice 120 mile highway run to see what the mileage actually is now...

Yesterday we put 2 Gerry can brackets in place, lashed the cooler down and loaded her up for the trip today! So far this morning DH was running out at 5 Am to stash the electronics thanks to a surprise rain shower

Took the wiper motor apart to see why the park didn't work on it. Looks like the plastic switch housing fell apart 20 years ago! Oh well, I'll just turn it off at the end of the sweep....
