I love the louvers! Any chance we can get pics of it mounted, closed and in the open position? Post the dyno chart too! Be prepared for the minimum 15-20% drop thru the drivetrain, knobby tires, lockers and elevation. I'm like a little kid, I keep all them on my fridge like a 1st graders' finger-paintings!

I've also learned that sometimes... when people don't agree with you .... its best to hold them down and kidney punch them till they agree with you

Got the skid plate mounted, the trans mount bolted to it. Measured the required rear drive shaft length and dropped it off at the shop to shorten the shaft for my trans swap. Picked it up on the way to work. Now to just tighten 4 bolts, install the starter, add the lube to the T177 and D300, install the drive shaft, and I'll be driving it again... I've been missing my Jeep! I still have to pick up the trans tunnel cover and a front drive shaft, but I can still drive it without those!

I drove it around the block a few times! The drive shaft fit nicely, filled the combo with fluid, adjusted the clutch, and now I am ready to drive it to work today! Still need a trans cover and boots, but I can still drive it without! I know I had withdrawals with it only being down a couple weeks, I don't know how you folks do it for years!!!

"Bored with nothing to fix" wow that's rare. kw89425 would have none of that.

Saw footpegs like yours advertised. Dang useless to us over here, every time I stuck my foot out the jeep would stop! Curse of the RHD.

So a major day for my CJ! (IMO) I bailed from work early to go home and play with my new decals direct from Phoenix Graphics. Result: absolute success, I'm glad to say after the previous f%$kup. Thank you to Morris 4x4 for your outstanding customer service in refunding my original decal set purchase and (although it might create problems in saying so) refunding my direct purchase from Phoenix of the new set.
Look for my thread on Phoenix Graphics if you are contemplating going for the "original" look on your CJ rebuild. I'll bore you senseless over there.

Now that's funny!

One of the things I could never get used too when driving in a country with right-hand drive vehicles, is looking in the rear view mirror to my left. Takes me at least a week to get use to that.
