They were REALLY slow when shipping my leaf spring bushings as well. I was a little irritated. Good thing I wasn't actually waiting on them.

Repacked front wheel bearings, put in new speedometer cable, and filled the windshield washer bottle.

Cleaned and painted the roll over check valve, cleaned the liquid check valve and re installed will new fuel lines. Pulled the front and rear drive-shafts off and pressed out the U-joints. Started to clean the rear shaft and the paint was coming off faster than all the grease. So I threw a fine wire wheel in the drill and low and behold under a half inch of grease I was left with a clean polished drive shaft. Well get the front cleaned up tomorrow then press in the new joints and have the shop balance and repaint them. I also pulled the acid and rust covered battery tray and sand blasted it.

Hi All,

New to the forum. Looks like I will be able to get some great ideas that I can do. Currently as of today the interior was stripped out to prep it for Herculiner, and then I can start putting it back together. Within the last month I have recovered the back seat, made custom speaker/storage boxes for the wheel wells, purchase new front seats which the require a new center console to be made, extended the roll bar to the back (family style), general maintenance and repairs. Soon to happen will be making a new soft top, replacing exhaust, and a few other minor changes. Look forward to reading more.

Happy trails!
