nothing to the CJ, but took advantage of a sale at sears, got an 8 piece screwdriver set for 5 bucks off, a 3 ton floor jack with 2 stands and a creeper for 50 bucks off, and a 3 drawer ball bearing middle chest for 50%, or 75 bucks off. the middle chest is out of stock though.

Very nice. You should twin stick that bad boy while you have it out!

Brought everything Edelbrock makes for a AMC 304. Except heads.

Hernia Surgery!

No Jeep work today, had double hernia surgery. Moving kind of slow now! I will spend the next couple of days studying wiring diagrams and sorting projects out in my head.

Adjusted the brakes. Drove backwards slamming on the brakes, drawing attention of the neighbors. I have an e-brake now!

Felt like I had made enough progress on this build to reward myself. I decided to set out on it's maiden voyage to Lowes (~8mi round trip). Had my friend follow behind me in case there were problems.

Found out the hard way that the hood latch is faulty. Safely pulled over and bungeed it down. Luckily that was the biggest problem. She did great!

Finally got around to dropping in some new Silverstar headlights, and doing the relay upgrade.
I can finally tell whether my headlights are on or off now. No more yellowish glow.
