Got mine back on the road "AGAIN" yesterday. New clutch, pressure plate and
throw-out bearing. Took a while. While I was in it, turned the fly wheel and added a new ring, oh yea, got all the leaks fixed. (for now)

After pressure washing the trans, TC and skid plate so I could get to the Dana 300 drain hole. I was finally able to remove the drain plug (what a mess that makes) and then start refilling it with my new HF High volume transfer pump, after about 5 pumps with the tube completely full, the exit hose decided to explode off the pump : The friging gear oil went everywhere My son is still outside cleaning it up and I just got out of a hot shower. Now to go finish filling the TC.

Mine got a new trailer deck to ride around on.

Couldn't resist the poser shot...who says a mud racer can't flex?

Yep! It's a SBC 400 with a .005 overbore. Comes out to 402. Most people think I'm crazy (or just wrong) when I say that, but according to the numbers, its right.

Here's a couple pics

I built these headers with 1 3/4 primaries into a 3 1/2" collector

This was the engine prior to installation

Thanks, I love the way they sound when they're screaming up at about 6500-7000 rpms. I later added in a crankcase evac kit to the headers to help keep from pushing oil through the seals
