I installed the 3.8 Taurus E-Fan, low side only. Still waiting for my 70amp relays to get here to do the high speed side. It cools much better when at idle. I still think I may need a new radiator. Any suggestions for a 1977 CJ7 w/304?

I also wasted my time installing a new oil pressure sending unit. I knew the one the guy at A_Z sold me had a different electrical connector, but I just figured it was the new style. After installing it the gauge shows no pressure at all. (i broke the connector down inside the old one and the needle on the pressure guage jumped around a lot) Anyone know the correct part number for the pressure sending unit? or should I go ahead and swap out for a manual sender and guage?

Replaced freeze plug in the block and alternator belt. Of course the head on the adjuster bolt snapped off as soon as I touched it. 2 hours later after drilling, tap & die all was working again.

Slowly putting fuel system back together. Got the old fuel pump off and after 15 years the fule line fitting was almost impossible. Plus the old gasket is ON there! Decided against new metal lines so I blew air through them and everything looks good. Wanted to bypass my carb return at least, maybe the CC too but decided against it. All emissions have been gone for 10 years. CC is just a vent now.

While I was at it I got the windshield washer running..

Discovered even with a new sending unit my gas gauge doesn't work. WTH!? I plugged it in and moved the float and nothing. One of my mechanics said I need a new gauge.. Next I'm putting the tank back in and running that sucker with 20 gallons of new gas.
