Did you over fill it? I had that problem also but a new MC and cap fixed it.
Anyway I pulled the hard top off the CJ and put some clamps on the back to straighten out the bend in the rear door opening that is keeping the top from fitting square. Hopefully it will bend back and keep it's shape. Nice to have the top off again. Looking for the nutserts to install the soft top on for the summer.
Installed flush mount round led tail light's. Got them from walmart for 15.00 each. It took about two hours to install them. At least half of the time was spent seting up and making sure the holes were cut in the right place. It was a tight fit on the right side due to the gas bezzel. They look great!

Minor cosmetic work, removed the nasty old clear coat from my spare tire. Anyone needing to do this, get a can of Easy Off Oven Cleaner (I went with the high powered version). Roll your wheel into yard for some sunlight and spray way. The majority of it just rinsed right off. One or two spots have required extra applications. Also found a Jeep vendor on FleaBay selling the "Jeep 4x" stickers for the front hubs, so slapped them on as well. It's all about the little things....
Pulled off the f'ed up fender flairs. Finished the lift shackle install, which is a short term fix for leveling my rig until I replace the springs. Zipped up some under dash wiring. Reinstalled the seats. Took my dogs for a spin around the acreage!...................
