Today I started to mod the new dash to fit a modern CD player and some other things.

Actually yesterday I pulled engine/trans , stripped down the frame completely. Monday it goes to get some sandblasting....

Got my YJ jeep tub and CJ hood Soda Blasted and Sanded today

It will be ready for floor pans on Monday and Primer

I took the top off! Dry fitted the winch plate, winch and fairlead.

Did I mention I took the top off?!?!?!

Replaced rear u-joints. Still have a drive line vibration.

Do you have any lift? You might need a t-case drop kit, leaf spring angle shims, or a cv style driveshaft.

Cut the rusty holes out of the tub where the rear legs of the roll bar bolted in and welded new good metal back in its place. Slowly getting the hang of this MIG welding!

Over the weekend I replaced the tie rods and tubes. I also pulled the hard top and doors...ready for the summer
