Engine mounts are in 2 pieces (fixed today as i just CBF before to install em)
Trans shifts no issues
Shocks are a little hard (OME LTR's @ 100psi. will lower to 80 when i find shrader valve gauge)
Speedo cable was the issue. The inner wire was put in backwards (onya crown) so i reversed it and now the speedo works again!!

Engine mounts fixed

Uni-Joints are stuffed.....

Drove it to work. 12* and a top made out of Duck tape. Nice and warm just about the time I arrived.

after getting our jeep home and replacing water pump, fuel sender, lower steering bearing and fuel pump...it was time to take out on the road for a test drive. Drove great, until it needed power to get up a hill or go over 20 miles per hour. got to looking around and noticed things didn't look right with all the vacuum hoses...the EGR had no hose and the vacuum advance line to the distributor was not connected to the right nipple. a few others were swapped around in convenient places, no where near where they should have been. Got all that straightened out and now it runs and pulls as strong as a 151 will.
Happy!

I built a new front bumper, mounted a warn m8000 winch, and dropped in an optima yellow top battery. Everything fits like a glove and works great. I look forward to doing the team rush upgrade soon

Put new bushings in the clutch bell crank, still haven't adjusted it. I had to weld up the elongated holes and re-drill them. I also found the problem with the choke fast idle not working, again it hasn't been tested. I put an ancient 1amp battery charger on it, I think my not quite as ancient charger bit the dust.

Need front hangers from rocky road. Doing the OME cj to yj spring conversion. Came out nice I think. Couldn't find torque specs exactly but did 60 ft lbs. I think thats ballpark from what I was reading in the original manuals.
My new 9 inch currie is shipping Monday and my spyderlock bead locks have arrived

Rebuilt the weber 32/36. Now to get it adjusted. But so far a good sign is that it fired up easily after putting it on!
