What is this connection next to radiator drain cock?

About to fill the cooling system and see that this drain/connection point is leaking water. Does this connect to something else?

Sorry, here is the picture. I tried sending from my phone in the garage.

Is the connection on the left the drain cock? I was thinking the small square head was the drain. What would close the drain on the left?

Answering my own question, I was wrong and this must be the drain cock. Now to figure out what is missing here... That thing is really in there and I'm afraid I'm going to tear the connection from the radiator.

Trans cooler? Is there an identical port on the other side?

There are two small and the one large drain. I think my drain is missing a part. Tomorrow I will try to remove the plug and find replacement.

Here's a picture of mine. The small plastic one on the left is the petcock, the one on the right is a trans cooler line.
