What bolts for iron exhaust manifold?

Just a quick question..going to put on my cast iron exhaust manifolds onto my newly rebuilt 360...what grade bolts should I use? 5 or 8 or ????? Thanks..

I will defer to the experts. Here's what I know. Grade 8 is the standard for overhead loads and such. 5 should do.
Never Seize is your friend.

Not sure about V8 applications, but Grade 8 came stock on my 258's manifold.

It is not the cost...just wondering if there was a metalurgy (spelling?) situation in regards to the iron, bolt hardness, etc. Will one snap versus one becoming melded into the head forever never to be extracted? Just an engineering kind of question...
