I used one from Orilley auto and bolted it to the passenger fender. It works great.

Yes, not all caps work the same way.

16# release for pressure but under vacuum it opens up to pull fluid back in.



some only have the 16# pressure relief

On CJ fenders, there in a indentation right there and the over flow bottle fits right into it. I bent the basket legs so it sat level and secured it with a couple of bolts. Took me about 5min to install.

I use an old coolant bottle as my overflow. Cheap and it works just fine. Not the prettiest thing but it functions and that's all that matters to me.
