Walker Quiet Flow ss

I was looking at the flow pro mufflers and inquired about the walker quiet flow ss as they had them in stock for pick up at the local oreillys. Does anyone have experience with a walker quiet flow exhaust system. I am trying to quiet my exhaust as I have a thrush turbo muffler at the moment. Will it hurt my already 20mpg any if I change to the quiet flow?

I would be interested in that as well. I have been using the Thrush Turbo's for over 25 years and always like the sound but my non-clutch cooling fan puts out enough noise to drown it out. The standard fixed four blade cooling fan makes my Jeep sound like a WWII Willys M38 Jeep coming down the road. The sound turns a lot of heads when I'm rolling by under acceleration.

I would like to know of a good muffler as well. I like the sound of the Thrush turbo on my 4.2 but they are junk and get loose and leak all over right away. I put a Thrush welded on the 4.6 and it is too loud. I am hoping the cat will quiet it down but I doubt it will be enough.

I'm also interested in seeing how this turns out. Not sure what I have, but Its about the size of a coffee can (one down from the big size) and a little longer. Sounds like I have an airplane in the garage when I start it. The arrow on it is also facing the engine, which I'm sure isn't correct.......
