Valve Cover Torque Quickly Plz

I know its on the forum somewhere and I cant seem to find it in my Chilton..

Need to know the Valve cover torque / pattern Please...

FSM states 28 in/lbs for a 258 engine and I would imagine the 232 engine would be the same.
