vacuum lines for a 1983 jeep cj7 laredo

I am new to the Jeep wife daddy pastaway and left her a 1983 cj7 Laredo.well they said it run when he parked it.but now it will turn over and has fire.but wont fire off.there is a vacuum one off.but I don't know where it goes.the vacuum diagram is there but does not tell me much.can some one help me out.

Probably, but we'll need more information.

Fill out your profile, with all your Jeeps specs. Also, try to post some pics (using Photobucket or similar service) of your engine compartment.
