My jeep is parked in my driveway til I can get all these little things fixed. Anyway my main concern is my vacum leak. My weber carb wiggles slightly so Ive got new plates and gaskets to fix that problem hoping this will solve my leak. Although I sprayed carb cleaner on it and didnt hear any change in idol? But I will change it anyway and see if it fixes my problem. If not Im thinking it is my exaughst manifold. How hard is it to change this and what is involved?
check all your vacuum lines first before tearing into that manifold project. also try using lock tite on your carb spacer bolts and maybe a little permatex on the gaskets. mine leaked like crazy and after reading multiple threads on here this is what finally fixed it.
