Question unleaded fuel ?

I know the 134 4 cyl. engine used in very early jeeps used leaded fuel and you have to make a valve job to use unleaded fuel. But my question is what about buick 225 v-6, amc258 and 304?

All use unleaded only.

I used to own two CJ's...Perhaps a 3rd is in the future?
