Yep, it is a washer and split pin. I was thinking Dana 18 that has the pin threaded into the shift tower.

I have a set I bought on ebay about 5 years ago, the seller was 4xmachine of something like that. I looked on ebay and can't seem to find the same ones now

You may need to lower the plate some (passenger side) holding the transfer case to the frame rails to get clearance to get that pivot bolt in or out.
