So I've dealt with this issue a while now. My turn signal doesn't always switch of. After a 90 turn. Tried replacing switch in column. No change. Any suggestions?
Does it not shut of in either direction?
If it's only in 1 direction then it could be the steering wheel or steering shaft is not aligned in straight ahead
If it doesn't go off in either direction....
Is the horn slip ring installed?
This is what actually turns the turn signal off when turning it back to center.
I was missing a spring on one side, so I bought a new signal switch assembly and had to carefully reinstall. It did not want to line up well into where it nested. I never thought one would need to do a steering column alignment, I almost needed to myself.
Now, I only leave my blinker on too long from lane changes lolz.
