Bringing back an old thread.

I found a 84 CJ-7 tub for ya and emailed you about acquiring it for cheap. Found it while picking up an old grill I will be using for wall art in the garage.

Looking at the Quadratec catalog this weekend. This product https://www.quadratec.com/products/22500_00_07.htm
seems to be the same as the MOPAR branded items in the paper catalog (pg242). The only exception is the JEEP embossed in the side panels. $1,500 more for the MOPAR branded. Am I missing something or is this the same basic product?

They are ALL made by Md Juan in the Philippines. Typically the "Jeep" branded bodies cost a little more, but not over $1500. Maybe 4 or 500 as royalties must be paid to Chrysler to use the Jeep name.

Check Willy's Overland for pricing or other websites that sell the bodies.

Thanks Keith. They are also carrying the aluminum Aqualu tubs. They are way out of my price range though.
As much as I like the JEEP logo I can live without it for the cost. I was just wondering if all other things were equal. Will be looking into them next year.

I haven't seen Rommel on any of the Jeep forums for a couple years. He was all over them around 2013-2014 inquiring feedback and suggestions for their products.

Sorta strange he went off the grid considering how frequent he was on all the different forums. Have you heard from him?

Paging Rommel Juan:
