transfer case problem?

Just swapped cracked transfer case with a used transfer case, now I have nothing no movement at all. no noise no nothing any ideas. !990 jeep wrangler. Everything was fine before the swap. Thanks Steve

I personally have no experience with YJ Wranglers. Some of the CJ forum folks might have owned/worked on both CJs (1986 and prior) and the YJs (1987-1996), but you might get more responses if you posted your question in the YJ Wrangler forum.
