I finished the job yesterday. It WAS a lot of work, but turned out OK.

Tips, huh...?
Cut a little, fit a little, repeat as needed.
DON'T GET IN A HURRY! Also, I found it much easier to remove the locating lip from the front flares. You can leave a little more metal to mount to that way.
