Tires

I need some new tires and want to put a slightly larger size on my stock 86 CJ-7. I currently run 30x9.5xR15 GY Wranglers and have decided to make the switch to BF Goodrich AT 31x10.5xR15. I may ultimatly do a lift when I make the decision to put a new suspension on, but for now just the new meat.

It would be great is anyone running these tires on a CJ with no lift could post a few pics so I can see the set up.

Many thanks in advance!

I originally had 31x10.5x15 on stock suspension

Now I added a 2.5 procomp suspension lift, still running on the 31x10.5x15 tires

Now at tax time I am going up to 32x11.5x15 just to have bigger.

Seems like lift kits and big tires are a slippery slope. Looks good in both set ups! Any issues with rubbing when you had the stock suspension?

No no rubbing with stock suspension and my front was a little flattened in my opinion.
