TF-999 dip stick

Does anyone have a TF-999 dipstick they could part with? The handle and cap on mine melted in the fire. It was mounted to a 258 C.I. Or maybe a list of 'Other' Chryslers it was used in. The junk yards around here don't have many CJ's left, and none with the 258/TF-999 combo.

Thanks,
Rj

Thanks for the info...I checked them out $87 bucks for a super slick Tranny dipstick!! My son, who has a minimum wage job couldn't justify that kind of price tag...me either. Anyone know of other cars, trucks that used this tranny so I can cover more ground at the bone yard??

Were the lenths of the dipsticks different per application? I've seen many TF 904/909's and 727's but not 999's. I'm trying do this as a plug and play, not wanting to trim a longer one, or buy one that's too short.

Here are the measurements from my 1980 TF999. From the top of the cap that covers the tube: total length - 22 3/8" Full mark - 20 11/16" Add mark - 21 5/16". Hope this helps.
