And the tear down begins

Just thought I would share what is gonna be a long project for me. Starting the tear down process. Here are some pictures.

I have a quick Question also, Anybody want to know were I may be able to get a nice scatter shield the bell housing does not seem all that strong and I would like to upgrade it to something stronger

Ahh, the teardown. Looks like you have a good amount of work ahead of you, looks promising though, the best part is putting all the new stuff back on, try Summit Racing for the sheild, if you don't see it on the site or catalog call, they can usually get anything with free shipping too, good luck.

I too am in the middle of tear down, pics in my sig. I am working the frame first then the motor. Whatever frame can't be preped now will be when the motor is pulled. Good Luck, it's a dirty job.
