Tail lights not working-83 cj7
Will a defective turn signal switch keeping anything from working concerning the taillights? My headlights were not working, I changed the dimmer switch and it fixed them. I have checked the fuses and bulbs. There is no power getting to the lights, I checked that as well. Is there anything that will prevent them from working that I can check? Thanks for any help.

I just replaced drivers side turn signal socket. It was burnt. It was shorting out my tail light/dash light fuse.
So the answer would be yes.
