Tail light and fuel filler measurement

Can some one measure from the bottom of the tub to the bottom of the tail light and fuel filler. I have an aqualu aluminum tub and I need to attach the new tail lights but I don't have the old tub to measure.
Thank you

A 5 or a 7, I'm not sure there might be a difference.

The measurements I wrote are Accurate. It's hard to hold a iPhone and tape and take the picture. The pics show what's close.

I have a CJ7 tub sitting out back of the shop. It does not have anything on it, just bare holes. I'll take a pic when it gets daylight.
