tach on a 4.0l swap???

is there any special concrens when trying to hook up a tach signal on an ho 4.0l swap?

i'm using obd1 and have an aftermarket monster tach

rear disc brakes,front and rear tube fender flares and better sliders, 3.0L mercedes turbo diesel power

if your tach has a 4cyl setting it should work with the mpi.
