T5 clanking

Hopefully someone will have an explanation for this. When I shift from gear to gear it sound likes the gears and transmission is going to fall out. There is a loud clanking sound, almost sounds like I'm forcing it out of fear under load without using the clutch. This only happens when I am coming out of a gear. Any ideas? By the way I do have some clutch chatter in 1st and R.
