You guys have been real helpful in the past with information and for that I am very thankfull. My Dad's t150 in his 79 CJ5 in taking a crap. Anyone have a pdf or a link to the factory service manual rebuild instructions? Also where is the best place to get the kit with Timken Bearings. Thanks JC

I had the link to the FSM for that transmission, but I can't seem to find it. I do have a hard copy here though. I'll see if I can scan it. Someone posted it when I was rebuilding my T150 a few months back. Let me check there first.

I'm not sure what tomorrow will bring, but it can't be any worse than what I've already been through.

I used a Haynes CJ7 manual for mine, and it actually wasn't that bad.

have you tried novak for the rebuild kit? That is what I am planning on purchasing as soon as I get around to it.

This link was perfect thank you very much.
I used the Novak Kit on my T176. The kit came with Japan Bearings which from what I have read are fine, but I don't think their kit is worth the extra $50.00. At least that was for the T176 they also don't have the parts for the T176 that they list on their sight. I have heard that the Crown kits come with Timken bearings but I'm still looking. Thanks guys JC
