Swapping engines

I own a stock 74 CJ5 with a 304,AMC 20 transfer case and the stock 3 speed transmission. I'm looking to install a Chevy 350 and turbo 350 automatic transmission. How hard is this swap? Do I need to swap transfer cases as well? Does everything basically bolt up in the original holes? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Nothing will bolt up but this is a popular swap so adaptors are available. Check out:
