Stainless Windshield Hinge with light mount

Is there someone out there that makes one of these? I know Kentrol makes a hinge and KC makes the upper half with the light mount on it. I would like to combine the two so there isn't a sandwich of stainless plate on the windshield frame.

If no one makes them, does Kentrol use a coating after the stainless is polished that would prevent me from tigging on some nice tabs?

I think this is what you're after.

Kentrol makes a stainless bracket.

More like a combo of these two parts. I would like them in one package so there isn't a sandwich of crap on the windshield. So in essence, take the tabs of the KC bracket and weld them onto the Kentrol Hinge.
