Stainless dash? Too bright?

I am looking into getting a new dash for my CJ-5. I am debating between painting the one I have or buy a new stainless steel one. I know I dont want diamon plate b/c that is way to bright, but I dont know if the stainless steel is too bright of a reflection when the sun hits it. The last thing I want to do is be blinded driving down the road. Does anyone have one or know anyone who has had a stainless dash?

stainless dash

I put a stainless dash in my old Toyota- it looked great but it did have a distracting reflection on occasion.

Mine isn't too bad, but I usually have the bikini top on so that helps.

Also, make sure your passenger has a skirt on and you will be all set...

bought one from this guy for our CJ5 on ebay & we love it. Logans Metal I think.

It fit like it should and looks good. Not too bright that it bothers you while driving.
