Sold CJ7 time for CJ5 Build? Pros/Cons/Build Suggestions

So I had to sell my baby, my 18CJ7 (pic below). Needed the cash for a down payment on a house so have to sell of the toys.

But....I am looking for another frame up build. Living in CA I want something pre-smog, so I am thinking CJ5. I am not sure the pros/cons I have heard the CJ5 would be small for a larger driver (6'1" 180lb) but I am assuming you could make some seat adjustments.

If I am looking for a CJ5 any advice on years or buildup advice? I think I would also want to do an engine swap. I would want power while still having OK gas mileage. I really would like for it to be able to do wheelies

Any advice would be great
