Smittybilt standard bucket seats

Got a question for those of you that have purchased the Smittybilt standard bucket seats. They include instructions for bolting the back to the bottom, but when mine came in, they were already bolted together. The bolts that were used were regular bolts... so when the vinyl skirt is pulled back down over the bracket, the heads seem to really stress the vinyl. That concerns me since it seems like that would eventually cause a tear.

Did your Smitty's come the same way? Already bolted together, and with standard head bolts that stretch the vinyl skirt? I'm just wondering if this is typical, or if maybe I ended up getting some that had been purchased, assembled with the wrong bolts, and perhaps returned to the vendor.

Thanks!

Mine came fully assembled. I had no problems with anything for two years or so. They weren't the most comfortable for long trips so I swapped for some cloth YJ seats.
