Size of the nut for steering column to hold steering wheel

What size is the nut that goes on the steering column to hold the steering wheel in secure? I got my wheel last night and now I cant find my original retainer nut. Please let me know ASAP, as I want to get it all attached tonight.

Do you not have a thread pitch tool? I can't remember the thread but I think it's a 21MM nut.

Fine thread, 13/16 nut, technically called a lock nut.
