I think if he does this run on those keychains, he better make a lot of them! Mark me up for one too!

9V battery, some seriously high ohm resistors and a couple white (or amber) LED's (tiny little ones, low power). Or you could use a couple resistors, an old cell phone charger and a couple small LED's.

That's what I'm doing when I change out my non-functioning speedometer.

made this in memory to my mom, got the cj about a month and half after she passed as a project to get my dad occupied on something other than the loss of my mom. also kinda cool that her name was Carol Jane, so thats what we named her.

I'll have to have a couple of the key chains as well. They are sweet.
You guys are making me want more tools so I can get some of this stuff done. Gotta get busy.

Yahwhy - That's awesome! I've always wished my Dad was around to help on my projects, I knew he'd get a kick out of it, but he passed away before I really started on building any projects. This Jeep I have now is because of him - he had one when I was a kid, and my sister and I loved riding with him when he plowed the driveway.

When you get old and fat like me and you have a CJ that is sitting up in nose bleed territory you will need some assistance getting into the cockpit. Well they say that neccessity is the mother of invention so I designed and built a fix for the fix I am in--a ladder, and a removable one at that. No sir. No getting hung on a rock here.
