Hey Transorange, I spent two weeks visiting our sister company in Rennington a few years back. Even in the month of January, it was easy to tell that Germany is a beautiful country. Lots of good country, good food and friendly people. Sorry cannot say anything about the beer, I don't drink. The golden eagle looks pretty good and don't worry about the BMWs. I had an 840 for awhile. Very nice car.

How far from Ansbach is that? I spent two years stationed there at Katterbach Army Airfield.

Here is where all of my work gets done. I duct tape visqueen to the floor whenever something really messy is being done. The RaceDeck floor is pretty forgiving.

I guess this picture could have been posted in some of the following threads too:

Pics of your other rides
Let's see the front of your Jeep
Calling all green jeeps
Your Jeep and the American Flag

Real work DOES sometimes get done in my garage.

Cool bike just go w/Jeeps. Easy to build & service. Usually a little dangerous.
Riding, deeep in thought. As the 3" BDL open drive belt was shredding my jeans! Bottom pic shows the front end before the 6* trees. Rake & trail weren't set up correctly yet. Makes a CJ death wobble feel like being tickled

Ok, here is my bike, not as custom as some of the others

I still think this is a shop thread though.

82JeepCJ7, you are absolutely correct. Thanks for pointing it out. You would expect an old war-dog to know better. I fixed it. I'll bet you didn't even notice that it has 48 stars. Just like the one your dad(probably) and I pledged allegiance to every morning in grade school.

I actually did. The pattern gave it away. A 48 star has an even lay out while a 50 star flags rows are offset.
I have my Grandfathers burial flag. I used it as a demonstration on how to properly fold a flag one night at Royal Rangers (think boy scouts at church).

BTW, is your floor the tiles that interlock? I am just going to paint mine as I do a ton of welding and cutting and I am afraid the rubber flooring would not stand up to that.

With as many Jeeps that are out there I know there are a lot of shops that are unaccounted for here. Post them up!

I was cleaning mine today as tomorrow we will be pulling the engine out of the dragster so I took a couple of shots.
