Shift boot question?

Hey all! My old 85 7 had T4/D300. I just bought an 82 7 with T5/D300. The 85 had a dual boot for both shifters. I can't seem to find a dual boot for the 82. Will the T4/D300 dual boot work for the 82 or do I need to get the separate boots for trans and tease? Thanks for any help.

I can't answer this but I feel inclined to tell you to be careful buying aftermarket shift boots. I just bought an omix brand boot for my t5 and it is horrible. It pulls my transmission out of 2nd, 4th, and reverse; as in it is not drivable with the boot installed. I have read of some people on here buying custom leather boots for this exact reason. A body lift makes the problem worse. Good luck!

Wow! Ok. Thanks. Jeep currently has a 2in body lift. The originals are in bad shape/ torn to pieces. I'll have to do my research for sure.
