Selling 1980 CJ-7: How Much?

I'm selling my 1980 CJ-7.

The Good: I6, Hard-doors, new seats, power-steering, relatively new top, rebuilt carb.

The Bad: Clutch-plate is nearly worn out, tires are old, some cosmetic damage to rear fender, dent in hood, leaks a bit of oil. Currently doesn't start.

An Arizona Jeep, so seals are worn, but rust is minimal. Leaks when it rains.

88,000 miles.
