Question Seeking partially restored CJ7

I am looking for a CJ7 restoration project that stopped short of the body and engine (ideally.) I have very specific plans for the latter. I have been searching through Collector Car Trader Online, Hemmings, & some local Canadian databases. Could anyone suggest any other resources for my search.

I have a 1984 CJ7 that I will sell to the right person. It runs well and is off road ready.Survived last years Jeep Jamboree. in
Bobcaygon.
I've run out of money and time for the little things it needs.
Here are the stats:
2" Pro Comp suspension
lift
31" super Swampers
Skyjacker shocks and
steering damper
4.2L (258) six
Rebuilt tranny (T176)
new steering box
lots of new parts
(I've kept the bills)
Catch? I'm asking $4500 for the Jeep and I live near Toronto.

What is the condition of the frame, axles, & when did you do the other stuff?
Do you drive it winters?
