got the front mounted and the axles put in. the new powerslot brakes look really good and the new tires and wheels are in as well. 35 12.5 17 on procomp 1089 wheels

also i have a problem with my tie rod. im installing a currie tie rod and when i mock it up there is barley 1/2 inch between the tie rod and the springs

ok i feel better now. its about that. but i figure when i get its on the ground that the springs will level out a little anyways.

ok so we got the tie rod and drag link painted. installed the rear locker.




and the new custom seats came in

finished up the rear end and got it put in and the brakes put on. next is the tranny and motor.

About your tie rod clearance to the springs.. I have the same issue.. I think its even less than 1/2" doesn't look right I tell ya! It's probably more like 1/4" of an inch clearance...

just rustoleum semi gloss oil paint through my spray gun. it is holding up great

yea are the tie rod ends 3/4 ton chevy? i assume you used a rimmer to open up the holes
