If you have to, I'd borrow a 3/4 ton pickup, slap a tow bar and towing lights on the 8, pop off the rear drive line and steering drag link and drag that thing out of there before the school gets all pi$$y about it.
EXCELLENT find, by the way. Congratulations and I hate you. (where is the "jealous" smiley?)

Here are some pictures from yesterday. I put a new lock cylinder in the ignition so I have a set of keys for it. I changed the oil, put some coolant in it, and used the battery from my Cherokee to crank it over. The first two pics are from before we tried to start it. The first video is the first start attempt. The second video is just driving around the parking lot. As you can tell, my friends and I were very excited to get this thing going. My camera takes terrible videos, so I apologize for the terrible quality.

The Scrambler is running great. I even used the Optima battery out of the back to start it. Just had to charge it up. I got a new ignition cylinder and got a set of keys made for the doors. She's good to go. Everything works. All electronics and lights. Even the radio works. I flushed out the radiator earlier and changed the lower hose since there was a slight leak from around there. There was even a new hose in the box in the back! I'll use my other camera to take a better video in the next couple of days.
