Hey Guys. I am doing great. I have received calls/texts from several of you, wondering about my status since my "Big Procedure"! I have joined Jeephammer in the colonoscopy ranks. I am no longer a virgin! Everything went fine, as many of you said it would. The prep was hideous, as ya'll said it would be! The doctor found a single polyp, and that was removed. I went and had a rib dinner at Texas Roadhouse afterward. I was a little sluggish the remainder of the day, wondering if I was going to have any more bathroom bouts! But today is great. Beth woke up cracking the whip, and I mean from the get-go. Our house is a shambles with stuff disassembled, painting, wall prep, plumbing, wiring speakers throughout the house, etc, etc, etc, etc. I just haven't had time to call anyone or give any updates.

I owe Bill and George phone calls. I will get to it. MoC, Dave, Paul... I will get back to you guys, too. I appreciate your thoughts and inquiries. I appreciate ya'll more than you know.

Later...

By the way, it's about 70* here today. Shorts and T-shirts!!

Here's what has been going on at my house. We are FINALLY getting close to being done.

Busy, busy, busy...

The little guys are sleeping in the den, there room is torn apart due to wet carpet. The tub is pretty much done (BATH tub, not Jeep tub!). What a PITA. Beth is painting the family room after Fallon textured the walls. Still have the boys' room to paint too. The kids have been integral in getting work completed. What a great team!

More pics to come.

I wish it was fun, but it really hasn't been. I am tired of house repairs! I am looking for an end. And thanks for the compliment. It should be very comfortable when completed.

Today was an incredibly beautiful day. The sun was BRIGHT, and the air was COOL, and the sky was SO BLUE! The trees are GREEN. Where else can you be on this earth and have weather like this 8 days before Christmas!? Too bad it is so short-lived. It will be too cold soon! Anybody else enjoying the incredible full moon in the mornings??

Moon in the mornings? Is there life before 10am?? I wouldn't know! A friend of mine said he lived down there a few months, but the Christmas lights on the palm trees did him in, he moved back here to Ohio.

That would be weird - "I'm dreaming of a palm Christmas..."

Here's a pic of the new wall with knock-down. Ready to paint. Carpet is being installed Friday. This will then become a school room. The current school room will become the boys room, as it is larger and has a bath. I still have to finish the original bathroom interior.

The moon this morning was framed by clouds and the very first glimpse of a dark purple sunrise. It was awesome! Too bad it was 6:30 and I was scraping my windshield to head to the salt mines.
