Scott, didn't know you had a build thread. The small amount of rust on the lower A pillar is nothing, compared to what I see up here.

I found one by the raised beds last weekend, sucker kept running from one side to the other and finally disappeared. Suckers are FAST and like most rat snakes, they have a BAD attitude.

I'd have a bad attitude too if you were chasing me!

I will be taking my CJ "in the field" in a couple of weeks!

Here is the pea field across from my house. Look hard to see the tiny dots that are deer feeding on the new shoots of Iron Clay Peas. First year the owner has planted peas this late... I hope it brings in more game. I hope it doesn't detract from OUR plot!

Here is a shot of our food plot and shooting house. I planted it last Saturday. We got an inch of rain last night. My peas are starting to pop! That black dot at the bottom of the hill is a good hog.

I'm judging this hog to be close to 300#. The "close-up" shots are through the binoculars. The hog is 325 yards away. Archery starts in about 2 weeks! As hot as it is he's probably pretty rank... may have to wait until it cools off.

Scott I think you need to climb up in a tree and wait for that big ole hog to get close then jump on his back and slit his throat. Heard about a guy doing that with a dandy buck one time.

Nice shootin house you have there too.

Hey Guys,

Had a great visit with The Professor (George Makra). He and his loved ones took time out of their vacation schedule to visit me and MY loved ones. Professor brought Clay a hood ornament, but due to the fresh condition of the paint on Clay's hood we installed it on MY Jeep. Besides, I was jealous! Here is a pic of the wonderful ornament, handmade in the fine state of Texas, carted across numerous state lines, and personally delivered by The Professor! It's BEAUTIFUL!

Also, a pic of George on the banks of the Suwannee River.

Thank You George, Donna, Brett, and Derrick.
